As per community request, control of our STACY staking contract has been moved to a timelocked governance contract -
Funds are now SAFU. The migrator contract cannot be set without a 24 hour delay. This patches a potential vulnerability where the owner account could set the migrator contract and drain the LP tokens from the staking contract. Funds were SAFU before the change as well, but now they are even more SAFU.
